Lu cuisine is over 1,000 years old, and one of the Four Great Traditions in Chinese cooking. Lu-style BBQ is a delicious medley of salty, sweet, and tart flavors using ingredients like vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. We make ours using fresh pork glazed in a delicious, sticky BBQ sauce with a little kick of spice.
